• To exit the neighborhood towards the coast, can be done on foot
or by taxi, the taxi is requested via telephone.
• There is public transportation throughout city, either bus or taxi.
• You may request rent of transportation.

• Supermarkets: Walmart, Sams, Cost, Mega Comercial, 5 minutes far
• Commercial Malls, 20 minutes far
• Tourist areas, 10 minutes far
• Places of entertainment 10 minutes far (restaurants, bars, cinemas,
discos)
• There are many beaches 5 or 10 minutes, by car (walking, there is
no available)

• • We Request for a deposit of 25% to book the Villa and the
total 10 days before his arrival.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the reservation
is canceled 3 months before their arrival, otherwise there will be no refund.
(If you need food, advise the person in charge of the house one day before
cooking)
Loss or damage in the villa at the time of lodging have to be paid by the
ocupants or their insurance. It's mentioned only for complete information.
